Temporary Exhibition "Light and Color in Science and the Arts"

In the context of the WORLD YEAR OF LIGHT 2015 and the EUROPEAN ACADEMIC HERITAGE DAY 2015 on the subject of light, an exhibition on "Light and Color in Science and the Arts” was organized at the Science and Technology Museum. It was co-organized by the Science and Technology Museum, the Directorate of Secondary Education - Laboratory Centers of Natural Sciences of Achaia and the Patras Visual Artists Association.

After the welcoming greetings, the event will begin with detailed speeches related to light. Lectures will be heard entitled "Light and Matter: A Technology for Man" by the Professor of the Department of Materials Science, Nikos Vainos and "The Anatomy of a Photon" by the Lecturer of the Department of Physics of the University of Patras, Charalambos Anastopoulos.
