Health Education Network “Neither Perpetrator nor Victim on the Internet: Digital Citizen”

The Health Education School Network “Neither Perpetrator nor Victim on the Internet: Digital Citizen” is based on the updated program of the Science and Technology Museum, “Neither Perpetrator nor Victim on the Internet: Little Red Riding Hood in New Adventures.”

It aims to cultivate responsible attitudes and skills that promote the safe, critical, and creative use of the Internet by students.

Through experiential activities and collaborative practices, students engage with issues related to digital literacy, the risks and opportunities of the Internet, cyberbullying and its prevention, responsible use of social networks, protection of privacy and digital identity, as well as the development of values such as respect, empathy, and responsibility in the digital environment.

The program seeks to empower children to become active and conscientious digital citizens, capable of contributing to the creation of a safer and more democratic online community.

It is addressed to Primary Education teachers and includes training seminars and workshops for teachers and parents, participation of school groups in educational activities of the Science and Technology Museum, implementation of interventions for students and parents on the Internet by the Scientific Team of the Prevention Center of the Prefecture of Achaia in schools, a Local School Festival, participation in activities of the Interregional Thematic Network on the Internet and collaboration with the Informatics Advisor, as well as actions for the promotion and utilization of the work produced by the groups in digital exhibitions, national student festivals, and conferences.
