The “Sustainable Nutrition” Network is a network of schools involved in Health Education and Environmental Education. It is based on the corresponding program of the Science and Technology Museum (STM) of the University of Patras, which focuses on the value of healthy and balanced nutrition, the reduction of food waste, and the connection between dietary choices and environmental protection.
Through experiential activities, workshops, educational visits, and collaborations with scientific and local institutions, the participating schools cultivate skills for responsible consumption, develop ecological awareness, and promote health and well-being in the everyday life of the school community.

• Environmental footprint of nutrition: relationship between eating habits, climate change, and biodiversity.
• Nutritional inequalities: reflection on everyone’s right to access quality food.
