The Curator of the STM is elected Vice-President of the Greek Department ICOM

The Curator of the Science and Technology Museum Mrs. Peny Theologi-Goutis, architect engineer-ethnologist was elected in the last elections for the appointment of a new Board of Directors and was appointed Vice-President of the Greek Section of the International Council of Museums ICOM.

The composition of the new Board of Directors of the Greek Department is:

Teti Chatzinikolaou, President

Peny Theologi-Goutis, Vice President

Froso Nomikos, Secretary

Roulla Haidou, Treasurer

Marina Tsekou, Member

The International Council of Museums is an International Organization for Museums and Museum Professionals that supports research, preservation, continuation and communication in society of the world's natural and cultural heritage, present and future, tangible and intangible. ICOM has 44,686 members from 138 countries and at the same time operates 118 national committees and 32 International committees.
